Gentle Flow to Restore

Slow down, move, breathe, and give yourself space to reset.

A little note from us: This class isn't a TMC event, but it's one we're genuinely excited to share. It's a collaboration between two women you've probably seen at our gatherings: Stefanie Boettle of YTM, and Brandi of Barefeet Imagery behind the camera. When our people build something together, we want to cheer them on. Registration, payment, and any questions all go directly through YTM.

About the class

This Gentle Flow to Restore class is designed to nurture your neck, hips, and lower back while helping your whole system settle. Expect an easeful, slower-paced vinyasa practice combining intentional movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, followed by time to rest and restore.

Come as you are. No flexibility or prior yoga experience is required, just a willingness to slow down and pay attention to how you feel. You'll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and refreshed as you head into the rest of your weekend. Open to all bodies and experience levels.

A quick note about photography

This class will be professionally photographed by Brandi of Barefeet Imagery for YTM's website and marketing, with the focus on Stefanie teaching and participants mostly in the background. If you'd prefer not to appear in photos at all, you're still very welcome to attend. Just note it on the registration form and they'll take care of you.

About Stefanie

Stefanie Boettle is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Yoga Educator (E-RYT 500) with 17+ years of teaching experience. A former professional contemporary dancer, she brings a deeply embodied approach to movement and teaches trauma-informed yoga rooted in Ayurveda, somatic practices, and functional movement. Based in Atlanta, she teaches group classes and works 1:1 with yoga therapy clients.
